Poster Session

As in previous years, we are offering you the opportunity to publicly present the results of your work or research in the poster section. It is not necessary for the poster to be thematically linked to the professional program of the congress.

One member of the author team (if there are several) will receive a 30% discount on the registration fee for the main program (includes access to all lecture halls). Posters will also be published in the Proceedings. If you are interested in this offer, please send a PDF version of your poster to education@savlmz.sk. The deadline for poster acceptance is October 1, 2025.

CONDITIONS:

Technical parameters of printed posters:

-poster size 130 x 80 cm (vertical)
-text size such that the poster can be easily read from a distance of one meter
-the same rule applies to images, graphs, and tables
-The text of the poster should be structured as follows: title, authors and their workplace(s) and, depending on the type of article, the standard text structure should be followed as far as possible - introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion and list of references

By October 1, 2025, the author of the poster is required to send the following by email:

- A PDF version of the poster

- A PPT presentation for the poster (final version). The time limit for the poster presentation is 4 minutes.

- A photo of the author (minimum quality 300 kB)

By applying for a reduced registration fee, the poster author also agrees to participate in the poster presentation in the Poster Session. Otherwise, the previous discount on the registration fee will be charged. The place and time of the poster presentation will be specified depending on the number of contributions received. The author is responsible for placing the poster in the designated area of the Exhibition Zone on Saturday, October 25, by 10:00 a.m. Posters will be published in the electronic Poster Collection.
