Mgr. Martin Čajko
Martin is an entrepreneur, lecturer, psychologist, parent, and hobby freediver. He focuses on working with owners, leaders, and teams, whom he guides and educates on their journey to creating functional, value-based organizations.
In 2016, he co-founded Otvorená Hra, a consulting and educational organization based on the principles of self-management, whose goal is to promote trust, authenticity, and cooperation in organizations and, subsequently, in society. In 2020, he co-founded Open Academy, a dual education agency for business academies, which aims to develop young people and prepare them for the job market of the future. In 2021, he co-founded the Circle of Authentic Leaders, a group of owners and leaders who see themselves as aliens among other companies because they emphasize not only profit but also creating a partnership environment that supports cooperation and overall satisfaction. In 2022, he co-founded the podcast Otvorene: (Openly:), where he addresses topics of authenticity, self-management, and leadership.
His approach to work is eclectic and practical. In his work, he likes to combine his experience in business and commerce with psychological knowledge and consulting and lecturing skills.
